The 5 Levels, 6-modules, 80-hours program includes business coach training in the technology of human interaction and personal development as a coach leader. The international certification in business coaching ensures a high standard of business coaching competencies and ethics in all those completing the program.

Coaching & Training Asia Sdn Bhd certifies executive coaches in partnership with Jagadnita Consulting in Jakarta, Indonesia. Michel Gagné and Dr. Clara Kriswanto, co-founders and co-authors of the Professional Coach Workshop, conduct the training and deliver related classes in coaching skills and techniques for executives and managers.

Program objectives

This program teaches participants to be an effective executive coach. Working with published experts, you will master the 6-phase “Praxis Coaching Process Model” and learn the skills and techniques necessary to enable others to achieve professional success. An Executive Coaching Certification is granted by the Cambridge Association of Managers upon successful completion of the program.

The 6-modules, 80-hours program includes business coach training in the technology of human interaction. The international certification in management coaching ensures a high standard of managers coaching competencies and ethics in all those completing the program.

Coaching & Training Asia Sdn Bhd certifies executive coaches in partnership with Wise Fair International Coaching Institute in Shenzhen, China and Jagadnita Consulting in Jakarta, Indonesia. Dr. Michel Gagné and Dr. Clara Kriswanto, co-founders and co-authors of the Professional Coach Workshop, conduct the training and deliver related classes in coaching skills and techniques for executives and managers.

10 x 8-hours / day

  • Level 1 — PCW Affiliate Coach (2 days)
  • Level 2 — MODULE 1 Apprentice Coach (2 days / 50 hrs coaching contact)
  • Level 3 — MODULE 2-3 Associate Coach (2 days / 50 hrs coaching contact)
  • Level 4 — MODULE 4-5 Registered Coach (2 days / 50 hrs coaching contact)

Putting theory into practice

The program’s 2-week, time-phased format allows for immediate practice of skills learned. In between the 1st and 2nd program sessions, participants will return home and use their new skills to work with a practicum coaching client (employees, pro-bono). They will also been coaches with their master coaches on a 1-2-1 as the practicum coaching experience unfolds.

What is the value of coaching?

People place a high value on coaching. How do we know that coaching has value? When executive turnover or staff turnover is prevented by coaching, a specific value judgment can be made.

Based on calculations of turnover costs in executive ranks, the value of a career save is currently pegged at $40,000 to $115,000 for a senior-level manager. The formulae are out there, and in some cases, it’s easy to put a dollar value on coaching. Still, anecdotal evidence is the most popular way to figure out how much coaching is worth. That’s probably the right approach, because it’s hard to quantify the human factor.

The impact of an executive’s decisions can be measured, but only to a degree. Relationships and morale are certainly assets, but like leadership, they are intangibles. When executive coaching changes the way people work together, there’s a clear return on investment.

The amount of money spent on coaching is significant, as much as a billion dollars each year. The way that money is spent is changing. In this year’s Global Coaching survey, coaches and HR professionals said coaching is engaged for “people who need leadership development”.
